אפליקציית הרגלים (com.benbasha.hergelim) · תאריך תחולה: 10 ביולי 2026
בקצרה: הרגלים מסופקת "כמו שהיא", לשימוש אישי. הנתונים שלכם נשמרים על המכשיר שלכם ובאחריותכם — אין גיבוי בענן. הפתיחה המלאה היא רכישה חד־פעמית (לא מנוי) הנעשית דרך החנויות ומטופלת לפי כלליהן.
השימוש באפליקציה
הרגלים מיועדת לשימוש אישי למעקב אחר הרגלים, יצירת רשת רצף, ווידג׳טים והתראות. אין להשתמש באפליקציה למטרות בלתי חוקיות, ואין לנסות לפרוץ, להנדס לאחור או לשבש את פעולתה.
הנתונים שלכם
ההרגלים, הסימונים וההגדרות נשמרים על המכשיר שלכם בלבד ואין להם גיבוי בענן. גיבוי, שמירה או אובדן של המידע (למשל בעת מחיקת האפליקציה, החלפת מכשיר או שחזור מגיבוי חלקי) הם באחריותכם.
רכישות
הפתיחה המלאה היא רכישה חד־פעמית (₪24.90 / 6.99$), ללא מנוי וללא חיוב חוזר. הרכישה מתבצעת דרך Apple App Store או Google Play, ומדיניות התשלום, ההחזרים ושחזור הרכישה כפופה לתנאי החנות הרלוונטית. ב־iOS ניתן לשתף את הרכישה דרך Family Sharing. איננו מטפלים בתשלומים ואיננו יכולים לבצע החזר ישירות.
אחריות
האפליקציה מסופקת "כמו שהיא" (AS IS), ללא אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת. איננו אחראים לנזק ישיר או עקיף כתוצאה מהשימוש או מאי־היכולת להשתמש באפליקציה, לרבות פספוס התראה, שבירת רצף או אובדן נתונים.
שינויים
אנו עשויים לעדכן את התקנון מעת לעת. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
הדין החל
על תקנון זה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל, ולבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל תהיה סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית.

The short version: Hergelim is provided "as is", for personal use. Your data lives on your device and is your responsibility — there is no cloud backup. The full unlock is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) made through the app stores and handled under their rules.
Using the app
Hergelim is for personal use to track habits and create a streak grid, widgets, and reminders. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt its operation.
Your data
Your habits, check-ins, and settings are stored on your device only and have no cloud backup. Backup, retention, or loss of that data (for example when deleting the app, switching devices, or restoring from a partial backup) is your responsibility.
Purchases
The full unlock is a one-time purchase (₪24.90 / $6.99), with no subscription and no recurring charge. It is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payment, refunds, and purchase restoration are subject to the relevant store's terms. On iOS the purchase can be shared via Family Sharing. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
Warranty
The app is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use or inability to use the app, including a missed reminder, a broken streak, or data loss.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
